Social performance, brand DNA, governance, the business plan and even digital marketing are all themes that were addressed based on the needs expressed by the entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p>According to the incubates, these sessions were enriching on several levels:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New concepts were discovered and others, already known, could be revised: for Ang\u00e8le Diabang of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Karoninka.films\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Karoninka<\/a><\/strong>, <em>\u201cit is always enriching to hear other people&#039;s point of view on a given subject, repetition is educational\u201d<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Several companies, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/crossroadsanimations.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Crossroads<\/a><\/strong> Or <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.afriartgallery.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Afriart Gallery<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0among others, disseminate the tools offered in the e-learning modules within their respective teams.<\/li>\n<li>The discussions made it possible to discuss the specific cases of each company. <em>\u201cThe sessions were an opportunity to ask ourselves questions about our company, and above all to listen to the group whose experiences are very rich\u201d<\/em> specifies Patricia Defever (<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.langagesdusud.ma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Southern languages<\/a><\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Some teams, like that of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/BazemseBurkinaFaso226\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Bazem&#039;se<\/a><\/strong>, extended discussions with stakeholders beyond videoconference sessions with the aim of improving the management of their business. Anne-C\u00e9cile Bazemo emphasizes that <em>\u201cBeing able to contact stakeholders individually is a great opportunity. Not coming from the world of entrepreneurship, this allowed me to understand a lot of things. This gave us keys for a better analysis: for example, I was able to question the community management offer even though it is not my area of expertise\u201d<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Many elements covered during the online sessions could be put into practice. For example, following training in marketing and communication, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/KalanexpoCreations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Kalanexpo<\/a> <\/strong>\u00a0And <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/optimisteproduktions.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Optimist Productions<\/a><\/strong> created a website. For her part, Eijah Kitaka took advantage of a module dedicated to pitching to review the way of presenting her business, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fezah.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Fezah<\/a><\/strong>. Finally, the members of<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/visaformusic.com\/fr\/accueil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Anya <\/a><\/strong> took the time to quantify the importance of their impact on the music industry in Morocco and, more generally, in Africa.
