THE COMPANY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born from the vision of helping African artists make a living from their art, Cloud Visual Art is a startup that has breathed life into two major projects: Archivart and Sprint Art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Archivart<\/strong>: More than a simple art gallery, Archivart presents itself as a sanctuary dedicated to the preservation and promotion of contemporary artistic heritage. This online and physical platform houses a valuable collection of unique or limited series artworks, carefully selected in collaboration with renowned Tunisian and other emerging artists. It promotes contemporary visual artists from the Arab world and Africa and connects them to art markets by offering the sale of their works. Since 2019, Archivart has worked with more than 150 artists, organized 27 exhibitions, and won 6 awards nationally and internationally. Archivart also offers artistic workshops for children, corporate master classes, as well as accessible products co-created with artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sprint Art <\/strong>challenges the status quo of the cultural scene through an artist incubation and business acceleration program designed to help young African artists navigate the complexities of the art ecosystem and market. With a strong emphasis on entrepreneurial skills, Sprint Art aims to provide artists with the knowledge and tools necessary to make a living from their arts, thereby improving their visibility and sales. The program emphasizes business and professional artistic career skills, ensuring that participants are well prepared to thrive in the cultural and creative industry. The goal of Sprint Art is not only to train artists, but also to identify them in their regions while creating a pan-African artist community and building south-south partnerships. In 4 years, Sprint Art has supported more than 70 African artists by establishing strategic partnerships with 15 institutions in Tunisia, Rwanda, Senegal, Ivory Coast and Morocco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wafa Gabsi Takali <\/strong>is co-founder of Cloud Visual Art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Researcher and art critic, Wafa Gabsi has a doctorate in art sciences from the Cultural Studies department of the University of Paris 1 Panth\u00e9on la Sorbonne. After 7 years of teaching at the National School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tunis and the Higher School of Sciences and Techniques of the Arts of Tunis, among others, she specializes in the evaluation of land and land markets. contemporary and visual arts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wafa Gabsi has published several articles on contemporary art from the Arab world. She is a specialist in cultural policies in Tunisia and has worked with international NGOs and foundations. His expertise is notable in cultural management, art criticism and exhibition curating. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2020, she created, with Khalil Liouane, the contemporary art platform Archivart, then the Sprint'art incubator. Wafa Gabsi's vision is to create a living memory of artists through Archivart. It seems essential to him to leave written and visual traces on the history of contemporary art in the Arab and African world. The project of writing this history comes to fruition through works produced by Archivart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Khalil Liouane <\/strong>is co-founder of Cloud Visual Art. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Khalil Liouane is a seasoned Venture Builder with a proven track record of supporting over 160 early-stage startups across Africa. As Managing Partner of Liouane.co, he provides strategic and financial advice focusing on African businesses. Khalil has partnered with more than 15 accelerators and companies, including Deloitte, Goethe Institute, Flat6Labs and Impact Partner, to develop high-impact programs for startups and SMEs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His passion for creativity, combined with his experience in entrepreneurship, engineering and politics, led him to co-found Cloud Visual Art. Currently, he runs Sprint Art and is dedicated to its expansion in several African countries. Khalil is driven by a deep belief in the uniqueness of African culture and the interconnectedness of the continent. Its objective is to enable young African artists to prosper in the global art market and to foster the emergence of a dynamic Pan-African artistic community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE ACCELERATION PROJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cloud Visual Art benefits from Afrique Cr\u00e9ative support as part of its geographic expansion project in Ivory Coast and Senegal. This project aims to establish local partnerships and train young artists in these 2 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Support from Afrique Cr\u00e9ative will facilitate the identification of market opportunities, the development of adapted regional strategies, and the maximization of impact, through the support and promotion of local artists. This strategic development will expand their network and increase their presence on the African continent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
