DOBIISON <\/strong>is Ghana\u2019s leading provider of interactive virtual reality content and dynamic digital experiences. The company provides immersive digital content using virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) to help businesses in Africa transform their online presence and drive conversions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their 360Africa platform offers interactive virtual tours and immersive 360\u00ba videos of major African sites. Their library includes natural and cultural heritage sites, experiences, festivals and tourist attractions. It currently features Ghana, Kenya, Ivory Coast and Zanzibar and will include even more countries in the future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE ENTREPRENEUR<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selasie Awity <\/strong>is a multidisciplinary creative specialising in extended reality and content creation, and obsessed with the creative process and building beautiful, useful products. He has a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Biological Science and before he founded DOBIISON, was a creative designer<\/em> for one of Ghana\u2019s biggest marketing agencies, <\/em>Echohouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the creative director of DOBIISON, he is always exploring new opportunities to further accelerate the adoption and commercialisation of extended reality technologies in Ghana and Africa at large across all industries, to ensure Africans do not get left behind in the digital, economic, and cultural transformations enabled by these technologies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE ACCELERATION PROJECT<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through Afrique Cr\u00e9ative support, DOBIISON will expand their content library with 3D and 2D 360\u00ba content to offer qualitative immersive content. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They will also develop and launch a robust and user-friendly VR app that provides seamless access to 360Africa\u2019s content library for their users. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve these objectives, DOBIISON will invest in new equipment, build a skilled and creative team, and develop an effective marketing and distribution strategy. They will also seek strategic partnerships with travel and tourism agencies, as well as cultural and educational organizations for content distribution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
