The entrepreneur
Rosine Arzoumpoko KIEMA holds a master’s degree in communication and business management that she obtained at IRIMAG in Niamey. She worked for more than 10 years as an executive secretary, then obtained different positions in international NGOs in the administrative and financial department. She has worked in Niger and Burkina Faso, her two beloved countries. Being very versatile and entrepreneurial in nature, she started the Biibop adventure in 2018 with Colombe Cretin.
The company
BiiBop is a limited liability company created in 2019. BiiBop imagines and manufactures educational games and toys for children from 0 to 6 years old. The products (about 50) are made in the workshop in Ouagadougou, and are designed to be robust, durable and adapted to the child’s development. BiiBop is committed to offering products at the right price and accessible to the greatest number of children.
The development project
The partnership with Afrique Créative allows BiiBop :
- The development of its creative capacities: the program allows BiiBop to diversify its offer and to propose a new collection of attractive educational supports, which meet the needs of learning.
- The development of its production capacities: Afrique Créative allows them to equip their workshop with production machines to produce in higher quantity and quality. The equipment considerably improves the working conditions of the artisans, while allowing them to optimize their craft work.
- The structuring of its organizational capacities: Afrique Créative helps them to strengthen the administrative, financial and HR departments for an internal structuring that allows them a sustainable deployment.
- The opening of distribution channels: Afrique Créative helps them stabilize and develop their distribution channels, while allowing them to create appropriate communication tools.
